Our story

Instant Family International Church was founded by Pastor Wilguens Altema, under Instant Change 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focusing in mentoring family growth internationally through physical, mental, spiritual, and financial well-being. a servant of God who has dedicated his life to the Lord since the age of 15.

From a young age, Pastor Altema faithfully attended multiple churches, earnestly seeking peace and calm in his heart concerning sin—the greatest burden he carried in his spiritual journey. In many congregations he followed, believers were taught to continually see themselves as sinners, even after surrendering their lives to Christ. This teaching left his heart unsettled and longing for true freedom in Christ.

 

In 2018, Pastor Altema received a full and clear understanding of salvation through the teaching ministry of Pastor Robert Breaker, pastor of Cloud Church. Through the revelation of God’s Word, he came to understand the finished work of Christ and the believer’s deliverance from the bondage of the enemy, as written in 1 John 3:8.

Having understood the true Gospel, Pastor Altema committed himself to preaching 1 Corinthians 15:1–4—the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ—faithfully and boldly. As he continued in obedience, God placed a clear calling on his heart to focus his ministry on the family, according to Genesis 12:3, declaring that all families of the earth shall be blessed.

Pastor Altema has a deep love for teaching about family because he believes it is a divine blessing established by God Himself. Through Instant Family International Church, his mission is to strengthen families spiritually, restore identity in Christ, and proclaim the freedom that comes through the true Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Our vision 

The vision of Instant Family International Church is to see families restored, united, and living in freedom through the true Gospel of Jesus Christ.

We envision families who understand their identity in Christ, walk in spiritual peace, and live free from the bondage of sin through faith in the finished work of Christ (1 Corinthians 15:1–4). Our vision is to raise generations who know the Word of God, believe it, and live it daily in love, truth, and righteousness.

Instant Family International Church exists to strengthen families spiritually, emotionally, and relationally, so that they may become a blessing to other families, communities, and nations—according to God’s promise that all families of the earth shall be blessed (Genesis 12:3).
